Our Signature Handwoven pieces are not available on our main website or in any retail store. They can only be discovered in two ways:

By Appointment: Visit us in person at our Edinburgh Atelier, where you can experience the collection in its true form – the textures, meet the makers, the stories behind each piece. Visits are by appointment only.
Request a Private Shopping Appointment

Through The Virtual Atelier: For those unable to travel, our private online space offers a curated view of our handwoven works, available exclusively to members by invitation, referral or by by submitting a request for access. All requests are carefully reviewed by our team to ensure this space remains intimate and considered.

Handwoven in our Edinburgh Atelier

Every thread woven in the Atelier carries with it the heritage and passion of centuries-old traditions, brought vividly to life through contemporary designs, and the work of our talented weavers.  It has taken years for our weavers to attain the skill and knowledge required to create our Signature handwoven pieces. Our artisans at Araminta Campbell do more than handweave each unique piece; they nurture and care for them with deep affection and dedication. Each creation earns special significance for the time it takes the weaver to bring it to life, and so it becomes imbued with each individual weaver’s story as it takes form. Their experience, style and creativity are woven into each piece with care and intention. These unique pieces are more than textiles; they are cherished works of art, each destined to be loved and treasured for a lifetime and beyond, passed down through generations.

Inspired by the Natural World

At Araminta Campbell, our designs are a love letter to the untouched beauty of Scotland. From the rugged trees that have stood for centuries, to the serene waters and abundant wildlife, our inspiration flows directly from the land itself. The ever-changing landscapes, shaped by nature and human hands alike, serve as the creative force behind each piece, connecting the organic rhythms of the earth with the art of design. We use 100% British-reared alpaca, ensuring every piece reflects the purity of nature. The alpacas’ fibers are undyed, allowing the rich, unique tones of their coats to shine through in each product. No two pieces are exactly alike, thanks to the beautiful variety of colour nature provides.
