Festive Shipping for Online Orders

For those shopping online, we want to ensure that your beautifully crafted pieces arrive in time for the holidays. Please take note of our final dispatch dates to guarantee delivery before Christmas:

✨UK Orders: Last date for dispatch is 19th December

✨US & EU Orders: Last date for dispatch is 16th December

✨Rest of the World: Shipping times will vary based on location. Please contact us for specific details.

🍂To allow delivery before Thanksgiving in the USA please order before the 21st of November. 

While we aim to get all orders delivered in time for Christmas, please note that we cannot guarantee delivery before the 25th for EU and US customers due to potential customs clearance delays. For international orders, we’ll be happy to provide further information depending on your location. Our Atelier Festive Opening Hours are as follows:

✨Tuesday, 24th December – Open

✨Wednesday, 25th & Thursday, 26th December – Closed

✨Friday, 27th December – Open

✨Saturday, 28th & Sunday, 29th December – Open by advanced appointment

✨Wednesday, 1st to Friday, 3rd January – Closed

This is the first year we are welcoming visitors during this magical time between Christmas and New Year, and we cannot wait to share the warmth and beauty of our Atelier with you.
